Greetings From Discovery School's 4th Grade Teaching Team
Welcome to our grade 4 blog here at Discovery School. We hope that everyone's looking forward to an excellent year full of fun and learning.
Your grade four teachers this year are Jordan Rose and Karen Raudales.
Jordan Rose is a 35 year old Canadian elementary teacher. This will be his third year teaching grade 4 at Discovery School. Jordan has over 12 years teaching experience. He has taught upper elementary classes at international schools around the world, in countries such as: Korea, Taiwan, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates. Jordan loves to play sports, is trying his best to learn Spanish, and lives with his wife and one year-old baby girl in Santa Lucia.
Karen Raudales has been teaching in Honduras for the past 16 years. This year will be her second year as a grade 4 teacher here at Discovery School. Karen has worked previously for Macris, Sunshine, and Mayan schools. She is currently working towards her Masters degree in Education from the State University of New York.
